By using TissueApp you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you may not use TissueApp.
Blue Canary Software reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time. Customers will be notified via the email on record.
Account Terms
You are responsible for the security of your account. Blue Canary Software is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your negligence.
You may not use TissueApp for illegal or unauthorized purposes including but not limited to violation of copyright or trademark laws.
Payment Terms
After a 14 day trial period, the service is billed monthly based on a flat fee.
All prices are presented and charged in USD.
If payment is not received in full within 14 days of the arranged payment date, Blue Canary Software reserves the right to disable access to TissueApp until payment is received.
Cancellation and Termination
You can terminate your account at any time by uninstalling TissueApp in the Zendesk Marketplace.
General Conditions
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via email. Support is only available in English.
You understand that Blue Canary Software relies on Zendesk, a third party vendor to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
