In the TissueApp App settings you will find a menu called "Custom Fields":
That menu will let you select fields that you wish to be escalated at the same time you escalate a ticket as a GitHub issue.
So for instance, for the sake of the example, I will select both those fields (they are dropdowns) to be synced:
And my fields on my Zendesk ticket are showing the following information:
When I escalate my ticket to a GitHub issue, I will then see this:
NOTE: This only happens at the time of escalation. If you change the value of that field afterwards it will not update itself on the GitHub issue.
