Advanced Escalation v.s. Simple Escalation

TissueApp offers two different escalation modes. You can configure those in the settings of the App:

"Advanced mode":

This setting will require you to choose one or more tags, an assignee and a milestone on escalation of the Zendesk ticket to a GitHub issue.

You will be presented with the following screen on escalation of the ticket:

And this is what it looks like when you selected the appropriate values:

"Simple mode":

As its name describes it this setting simply creates a GitHub issue off of a Zendesk ticket in the repository that you selected.
