Configuring TissueApp for the first time

To install TissueApp head over to the marketplace and search for TissueApp.

You'll find 2 versions of the App. One free version limited to 5 escalations to GitHub and one paid version "TissueApp Pro" with unlimited escalations and features.

Install one or the other, we strongly encourage you to try out the free version before purchasing. 

Once you've installed TissueApp head over to any of your tickets and you will see the following screen:

 

Click Begin Configuration and you will be prompted to give OAuth access to TissueApp for both Your Zendesk and your GitHub. Once OAuth is successful you will see the following success page:

Feel free to close that tab once you see it to get back to your Zendesk.

And that's it! TissueApp is now configured and ready to be used.
