Now that you have learned how to configure TissueApp let's go through escalating your first ticket as an issue on a GitHub repo:
On the Apps panel, once configured your Apps panel will look like this:
If you start typing in the text field your list of available repositories will start to appear as shown below:
When you escalate your ticket as an issue, you can see on the screenshot below that TissueApp will automatically add a tag to your account (this is so you can easily report on escalated issues)
Once you escalated to GitHub your issue will look like this:
The really cool thing with using TissueApp is the bi-directional sync allowing any changes you make on the GitHub side to also be synced back to Zendesk.
In the example below, the dev team has added tags to this issue, even gave it a Milestone and assigned it to a user:
