TissueApp allows you to either create a new GitHub issue from Zendesk, or to link to an existing GitHub issue. For example, this allows you to attach multiple support tickets to a common technical issue on GitHub.
Steps to link to an existing issue
1. After selecting a GitHub repository, you are presented with the choice to either "Escalate to Github" or "Link to an existing issue". Pick the latter to link the Support ticket to an existing GitHub issue.
2. On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter an exiting GitHub issue's number or name.
3. Once you confirm you have select the right GitHub issue, click "Link to selected issue".
4. Your ticket is now linked to the existing GitHub issue!
Note: you will also get a notification on the GitHub issue mentioning the ticket has been linked to it!
