Not seeing my Github projects

Github has two versions of project: Projects, and Projects (Classic). If you installed TissueApp before July 4th 2024, our system can only access Projects (Classic), not Projects. This may result in your projects not being visible on the issue description page, or during advanced escalation.

To remediate this problem, you need to re-authenticate TissueApp to your GitHub account. Don't worry, none of your data will be removed! It is a process that takes at most a minute.

First, go to the settings page of TissueApp by clicking the cog icon anywhere in the app:

Then, scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click the Reset authentication red button:

Once you click that button, the app will display the following page:

Hit the Begin configuration button, and follow the prompts asking you to authenticate on Github and provide new permissions to TissueApp.

Once this process is over, refresh the tab in your browser, and all your Github projects will be visible on TissueApp!
