Zendesk doesn't currently have a way to update your billing information for Zendesk Marketplace Apps right now without uninstalling and reinstalling.
There is however a secure way to update your billing information for Marketplace Apps by Blue Geyser Software. To update your billing information please visit: https://zendesk.bluegeyser.com/p/login/4gw6sjdwy93Fcxi288 where you will be guided through Stripe's secure payment flow to update your billing information. Note that this will only affect your Blue Geyser subscriptions, not your main Zendesk subscription or the subscription for apps by other app developers.
