Recently, GitHub changed the way they let you OAuth a bit. In some cases you might see an empty search box in TissueApp and not have the ability to choose any repository.
It might look like this:
It's actually pretty easy to fix. First you need to revoke access to TissueApp in your GitHub (either yourself or your admin. Most likely yourself). This is how you do it:
Once you've done that you're ready to go through the process all over again. Note TissueApp support might have to reset your authentication settings.
Start going through the app configuration again.
----------
Step 1: Make sure you use Chrome incognito or clear your cache cookies:
You want to make sure GitHub doesn't use the credentials stored in session, so clear your cache or use an incognito Chrome browser, just for this once.
Log in to your Zendesk, go to a ticket, start the configuration flow, it will land you here:
Now enter your GitHub credentials
Step 2: Make sure TissueApp is authorized to access your GitHub:
It all happens on this screen!
Please note that the screenshot above might look slightly different from what you're seeing since we "own" the OAuth client, that is trying to authenticate. So GitHub authorizes us by default, but you might need to go in and authorize "read/write" access specifically per organization that you're a part of.
